Step - 1

The first step involves getting required details from client including number of vacancies, job specification, desirable educational qualification, salary structure and other terms and conditions of employment / recruitment.

Step - 2

Based on the above, we analyze and extract most suitable CVs from our large databank, Internal Searching and Short listing. In order to attract best CVs, we also do lot of advertising on the Web, in leading newspapers and other Social Media.

Step - 3

After careful analysis and study and verification of documents, we forward the short-listed CVs to our Clients for their preferred choice.

Step - 4

After receiving the list of preferred candidates, we arrange for the personal, telephonic or Skype interviews as per the convenience of our clients. Incase if clients want us to make final selection, our teams of experts do that on their behalf after getting feedback from them.

Step - 5

Once the candidate / candidates are approved by the client, an offer letter is issued to them and declaration is taken for their acceptance of the employment terms and conditions.
